INDICATION FOR USE
The HUSKiN Medical Protective Face Mask (ZY95) is a single-use, disposable device, provided sterile, and is intended to be worn by healthcare workers to control airborne exposures to infections for both the healthcare workers and patients, consistent with the CDC’s statements regarding controlling exposures to occupational hazards.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the respirator against your face with the nosepiece across the bridge of your nose. Hold the respirator on your face and position the respirator under the chin.
2. Pull the two-side strap on each side ear.
3. Place the ?nger tips of both hands at the top of nose clip. Mold the noise piece to shape of the nose bridge by pushing inwards whiling moving your ?nger tips down both sides of the nose pieces. Pinching the respirator nose piece using only one hand may result in less e?ective respirator ?t.
4. The seal of the respirator on the face should be checked by the wear prior entering the work area. It is very important to press the nosepiece ?rmly to the nose bridge to from a good seal.

USE LIMITATIONS AND WARNINGS
1.This respirator helps protect s against certain particles. Misuse can result in sickness or death. For proper use, See supervisor or User instructions on box.
2.Do not use for gases and vapors, oil aerosols, or sandblasting; particulate concentrations that exceed either 10 times the occupational exposure limit or applicable regulations, whichever is lower. This respirator does not supply oxygen.
3. The wearer must ?rst be trained in the proper use and ?t tested before using this respirator.
4. Do not use this respirator when concentrations of contaminants are immediately dangerous to life or health.
5. Leave the contaminated area immediately if breathing become di?cult, or dizziness or other distress occurs.
6. Discard and replace respirator if it becomes damaged or breathing resistance becomes excessive.
7. Inspect respirator before each use to ensure it is in good working condition. Examine all the respirator parts for signs of damage including the two straps, nose clip.
8. Do not alter, wash, abuse or misuse the respirator.
9. Do not use with breads or other facial hair or other conditions that prevent a good seal between the face and the sealing edge of the respirator.
10. Can be used up to limits speci?ed by applicable government regulations for the product.
11. Failure to follow all the instructions and warnings on the use of the respirator and/or failure to wear this respirator during all times of exposure can reduce respirator e?ectiveness and may result in illness or permanent disability.
